The spectator's senses will be engaged, the smell of the ingredients will be present, and Symphony No. 9 of Dvořák will fill the space to end up enjoying a three-part meal.

- Pozole verde, Chicken, pumpkin seeds and chanterelle mushrooms (vegetarian option available)
